Toms River CBOC 68,000 sq. ft.

The new 68,000 sq. ft. clinic replaces the existing, undersized Toms River CBOC with expansion to provide some basic specialty care services. Some of these services are Primary Care, Women's Primary Care, Radiology, Dental, Eye Clinic, Audiology, Pharmacy, Mental Health, and Telehealth.

Hunt VA - Kamokila Blvd

Daniel Kahikina AKAKA VA CBOC 88,675 sq. ft.

This 88,675 square-foot multi-specialty outpatient clinic, housed on 9.5 acres in West Oahu, will provide much-needed health care services for veterans in the region. These services include Primary care, Mental health care, X-ray services, laboratory & diagnostic services, a pharmacy, and specialty care. This facility will help more than 87,000 veterans on Oahu receive their benefits, resources, and services. This facility will be an excellent resource for the VA’s Pacific Island Healthcare System and give veterans another option in West Oahu.

BayPines

Bay Pines Building 1 Renovation 94,000 sq. ft.

This project supports a major renovation of Building 1, a five-story structure constructed in 1933 as the main hospital on the Veterans Administration Bay Pines Medical Campus. The renovation provides additional space for a Primary Care Outpatient facility as well as administrative offices. This project relocates the current non-PACT Primary Care from Building 100 and to a PACT Compliant clinic setting on floors 2-5. We are honored and excited to support the future design and layout of this is a beautiful historical building located in beautiful, coastal Florida.

Lousiville VA Robley Rex MC

New Robley Rex VA Medical Center >900,000 sq. ft.

Taking on our largest project to date, this new 104-bed, full-service hospital located in Louisville, Kentucky, will provide world-class healthcare for more than 45,000 Veterans in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. The campus is being designed to keep patient-centered care and whole-health concepts in mind to provide a comfortable, safe, and healing environment for our Veterans.  To specifically address the needs of women Veterans, the new hospital will include a Women’s Health Clinic with four Patient Aligned Care Teams. The new medical center is targeted to open in the summer of 2026.

Gainesville-PC (1)

Gainesville Primary Care VA Clinic 84,400 sq. ft.

The Gainesville Primary Care Clinic is a new construction lease that is approximately 84,400 sq. ft. located right off of Highway 75 on the corner of Williston and SW 34th Street in Gainesville, FL. This clinic would expand the VA outpatient services by providing primary care, radiology, women’s health, home-based primary care, telehealth, and other outpatient services within the new, two-story facility. This project would allow needed decompression at the main Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center (VAMC) campus.

Gainesville Mental Health VA Clinic 40,000 sq. ft.

The Gainesville Mental Health Clinic is a new construction lease that is approximately 40,000 sq. ft. located right off of Highway 75 on the corner of Williston and SW 34th Street in Gainesville, FL. This new Mental Health Clinic combines services currently being offered at the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center (VAMC), Gainesville 16th St facility, and Gainesville 23rd Ave facility. The new facility is designed to support the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) model allowing for operational efficiencies.

Phoenix 32nd Street VA Clinic 203,000 sq. ft.

The Phoenix Outpatient Clinic is a new construction lease consisting of approximately 203,000 net usable square feet of clinical space and 1,370 parking spaces. The new state-of-the-art clinic is five miles from the Phoenix VA Medical Center, located at 32nd and Van Buren streets in Phoenix, AZ.

This expansion project will consolidate five smaller clinics into the new location, including two existing stand-alone clinics and three clinics currently operating from within the Phoenix VA Medical Center. Clinical services will include:

  • Primary Care
  • Outpatient Mental Health
  • Specialty Telehealth Services
  • General Radiology
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging
  • Other Associated Ancillary Services

Adding this clinic will expand the available care to Veterans in the Phoenix community and greatly decompress medical centers.

OCala front

Ocala VA Clinic 54,600 sq. ft.

The Ocala VA Clinic is a new construction lease that is approximately 54,600 sq. ft. This single-story facility is located close to Highway 75 in Ocala, FL. This clinic replaces the Ocala community-based outpatient clinic and Ocala West Specialty Clinic leases. The new facility would enhance VA outpatient services by closing space and utilization gaps identified in the Strategic Capital Investment Plan (SCIP).

This project would allow VA to expand its primary care, mental health, and home-based primary care services and improve continuity of care by integrating optometry and audiology services in a single location.

Their new location would also include administrative office space for the home-based primary care team, a dedicated space for telemedicine clinics to provide additional home-based services, and adequately sized rooms for patient care and laboratory functions. The consolidation would generate operational efficiencies, allow specialty services to expand, and accommodate the projected workload increases in the Ocala area.

Terre Haute VA Clinic 37,000 sq. ft.

The Terre Haute Outpatient Clinic is a new construction lease comprising approximately 37,000 net usable square feet of clinical space and 250 parking spaces. The new clinic will merge the existing Terre Haute Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and the Terre Haute Outpatient Clinic into one location located at 5061 Bill Farr Drive, Terre Haute, IN, approximately 80 miles from the Indianapolis VA Medical Center.

Clinical services and availability will be expanded to include: primary care, outpatient mental health, general radiology, and other associated services. The clinic will also be built to support mobile magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT scan) scanning services as future capabilities and services develop.

Brownsburg Clinic Construction (16 of 70) toned

Brownsburg VA Clinic 68,000 sq. ft.

The Brownsburg Outpatient Clinic is a new construction lease consisting of approximately 68,000 net usable square feet of clinical space and 501 parking spaces. The new clinic will replace the existing Indy West Annex Clinic and is located approximately 15 miles from the Indianapolis VA Medical Center just off Pitt Road in Brownsburg, IN.

Clinical services and availability will be expanded to include: primary care, outpatient mental health, general radiology, and other associated services. The clinic will also be built to support mobile magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT scan) scanning services as future capabilities and services develop.

ACC 3

Omaha Ambulatory Care Center 157,000 sq. ft.

The Ambulatory Care Center or “ACC” is a 157,000 sq. ft. 3-story outpatient expansion to the Omaha VA Medical Center campus and represents the most significant addition in the facility’s history. The ACC will allow NWI to serve up to 400 additional outpatient visits per day and provide space in the existing medical center for future renovations and expansions of other services.

It will be home to several programs: primary care, dedicated women’s health clinic, dedicated ambulatory surgery, and radiology; and specialty clinics: dermatology, neurology, infectious disease, endocrinology, and allergy. Outfitting and activation are underway from June to July 2020, with the ACC opening in August 2020.
