Chief Operating Officer

Jenn DeBlois is the Chief Operating Officer of SME Solutions. 

Jenn has over 20 years of experience in the construction, initial outfitting, and transition planning industries where she specialized in managing client-focused services and multi-disciplinary teams for military medical, federal and corporate projects. Jenn is knowledgeable in project management, schedule and budget development, operational and functional systems, change management, end-user coordination, furniture, equipment, and space planning and coordination of administrative areas in medical clinics and hospitals. Jenn’s extensive management experience includes supporting and leading construction teams for both design-bid-build and design-build projects and serving as the owner's project manager for the planning, design and delivery of construction, initial outfitting, and transition services. Jenn's organizational skills, attention to detail, and her ability to translate planning and design operational decisions into activation and occupancy initiatives bring a comprehensive transition perspective to her project assignments.
