The 17,735 net usable square feet leased facility will replace the existing outpatient clinics in Keene, New Hampshire, and Brattleboro, Vermont, and include 250 parking spaces. The new clinic will expand access to primary care and mental health services while supporting integrated specialty care and ancillary services.   SME’s scope includes space planning and virtual reality modeling, project management, interior design, transition and activation planning, initial outfitting and equipment readiness, and third-party logistics.
