The 24,435-net-usable-square-foot leased facility will replace the existing Burlington clinic and include 250 parking spaces. Planned services include primary care, mental health, physical and occupational therapies, optometry, and audiology. SME’s scope includes space planning and virtual reality modeling, project management, interior design, transition and activation planning, initial outfitting and equipment readiness, and third-party logistics. Working alongside the VA Activation Team, SME will coordinate the logistical and operational requirements needed to prepare the facility, equipment, and staff for full planned operations on Day One, the first day clinical services are available to Veterans.
