| The Terre Haute Outpatient Clinic is a new 37,000 sq. ft. leased space. The new clinic merged the existing Terre Haute Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and the Terre Haute Outpatient Clinic into one location located at 5061 Bill Farr Drive, Terre Haute, IN, approximately 80 miles from the Indianapolis VA Medical Center. The clinic opened in December 2021. |
